How to display more than 5 blog posts

I understand that you are unable to display more than 5 posts on your page, is this correct?

After checking your site, it appears that you are using the “Latest Posts” block, correct?

If you would like to display more posts within that block, you can navigate to the Blog edit page, click on the block, and then select the “Block” settings in the right-hand sidebar.

Next, you can scroll down to where it says “Number of items“, and increase this to your desired amount of posts you would like to have displayed:

Additionally, to display the excerpt, you can check that Excerpt is selected, as seen below:

Hi. We are using the classic editor. Is it possible to make these changes without resorting to the block editor? Thank you

Everything that can be accomplished in the classic editor can also be achieved using Gutenberg blocks, also Blocks are the future of WordPress so I suggest you start getting used to them. :?)

With that in mind, you can create a new page, activate the block editor on that page, customize it, and then convert the blocks into code to be added to the classic editor.
