    Hello,

    I don’t think thats possible.
    We really made the front end to be for clients only and the backend (admin area) for admins.

    You can create the ticket but only through the backend (admin).

    This would be very useful.

    I want to keep the admin area for admins only, and have support agents access the front end only with ability to create tickets on behalf of the person calling in.

    Can I put this in as a future update request?
