• I use a WordPress theme for my website (www.dcrc.ae) and I can’t seem to find a way to fix these issues from the options that the theme provides.

I want to change how posts are displayed in my homepage so that each post title appears BEFORE the featured image. Currently titles are displayed after the image which odd especially when I have posts that do not feature an image (just contains text.)

Also, there is a different issue regarding the date format. I want to change how dates appear for posts in the homepage to Arabic date format.
Which is similar to this ’01 January 2012′ except that the month name would be displayed in Arabic.

I still don’t know how to modify themes’ and templates’ PHP files but I would learn how it’s done if there is a way to fix the issues I have.
I have a background knowledge about HTML but not PHP but I can handle a code with no problems.

    Thanks very much.
    Ali
