how to display widgets on specific pages

So does anyone know how to specify which pages to show a widget on in this new layout? Under the old layout it was easy as going to the drop down menu and choosing show on pages except, and then you can enter the ID. There is no place to do that now.

Also, how do i switch back to the classic widget view?
