• We have 5 people doing deliveries separately. What we want is a situation whereby each one of them can access the orders page to view and grab orders from there. To grab the order one would need to change order status from processing to completed.

Using the WordPress admin account I successfully logged into the WooCommerce store using the WooCommerce for android application and could view the orders without a problem. WordPress – Jetpack connection uses the admin account.

    Problem:
I cannot connect the other 5 guys (shop managers) through Jetpack because Jetpack only allows connection to one account. Login is failing

Can someone advise me how best I can go about this?

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out!

You should be able to connect multiple accounts to the site using Jetpack, though please bear in mind each account on the site must have their own unique WordPress.com account in order to connect to Jetpack properly.

Have each of your users log in and then visit the Jetpack tab in WP-admin to get started.

Thank you for responding! Much appreciated

On my site I have added accounts with existing wordpress accounts but still haven’t won. Kindly highlight the steps to connecting other accounts to Jetpack?

From wordpress I’m following the path:

Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > About Connection

And there is no option to add a 2nd account.

Do I need to be on a paid version of Jetpack because I’m currently running on the free version? I installed Jetpack for this reason alone.

If anyone knows a better way of achieving this please assist with information.

    Hi there,

And there is no option to add a 2nd account.

You will want to make sure that you have these settings enabled Under Jetpack > Settings. Then you will need to assign those users a role that will enable them to access the WooCommerce features that you need, as shop manager or admin.

I hope this works and keep us posted if you still need help with this user. I’ll be glad to point you in the right direction.

    Cheers!
