How to do endless pagination for wp_link_pages

Hi,

I am working on a theme and looking if possible endless pagination for multi page posts using the function https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wp_link_pages

I done everything and this function works fine but on the 1st page it can’t show prev page link and on last page can’t show next page link.

Is it possible if there is no prev page in paginated post it goes to the previous post and same if not next page than it goes to next post.

I want to mix up wp_link_pages pagination and single post navigation.
