How to donate to WP SMTP's creator?

WP SMTP just easily solved a problem my web host service caused (changes to email rules from a contact form). But I can’t donate to the author, BoLiQuan! Paypal says “Currently PayPal accounts in China are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds.” And the Alipay alternative is, unfortunately, not in a language I can understand.
Does anyone know any way to send Bo Li Quan some dosh?
