How to downgrade from 3.3 to 3.2.1

Did you make a backup of your database before you upgraded?

Today morning, happily upgraded to wordpress 3.3 but everything changed. Now, my wordpress is dead slow and taking too much time in loading any page. Not only the admin area, it affected my blog also.
3.2.1 version is the much much better than this one.
Me too want to download to the 3.2.1

no, i have 3 days older backup.

If you have a backup from before the upgrade you can try restoring your database or importing it in a newly created database from that backup: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup

And re-uploading all directories and files from WordPress 3.2.1 after that.
Without a database backup downgrading is not recommended because of database changes made in version 3.3. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Version_3.3

But first make a database backup of what you have now (3.3).
