The pop-up should be fixed now, I couldn’t test it as the script does not seem to be included on your website. I probably see some maintenance page.

I have not touch your mobile pop-up as it seems a bit broken. You probably copied the same pop-up just for mobile and it was not designed for mobile devices.

Let me know when I will be able to test it out or you can test it on your own as well ??
