How to download the stl file received

  • Hello Sergey,
    I have 1 question.
    How can I download the stl file that customer sent to me?
    After I click the .stl link received in email, it pops out “404 – File or directory not found.” in a new page.

    As discussed by email:
    Make sure that wp-content/uploads/p3d is writable (check permissions) and also check if you have enough disk space.
