How to edit 3 boxes on front page?

The section’s content are drawn form pages you have assigned on the customizer. In your case, one of the page you have used is Oferta.
So if you want to change the text,length and text formatting of that block, go to Dashboard -> Pages -> All Pages -> Find your page called “Oferta” -> Click on edit the text from the editor and edit the text content of the page as per your requirement.

Yes, I know that text is drawn from particular pages. The problem is I’d like to have another text in the box and another on page linked to this box.

Sorry, we are having a little bit of difficulty understanding your issue .

You can always create another page and insert text into the page and assign the page from the customize -> Home/frontpage services section.

But if you would like to link the box to external page outside your website, you will have to customize the theme file,specifically the file on inc -> hooks ->homepage-service.php
where you will have to modify the to your own link
$bizlight_service_array['bizlight-home-service-link']
