    Hi.
    I occasional see an incorrect email entered by typo.
    In order for that customer to get a ” Abandoned Cart” email I would need to edit this incorrect email, can this be done and if so How ?

    Also is it necessary to Delete an Abandoned Cart from the list if a customer had recovered their cart but it has not shown up in the Recoverey list,a s i find it often does ?? I just don’t want to annoy customers that have actuall booked with Abandoned Cart emails claiming they haven’t

    Hi,

    1) Incorrect Email address on Abandoned Orders:

    Can you please let me know you want to edit incorrect email address from the Abandoned Orders tab?

    2) Recovered Order issue:

    Can you please let me know that the customer had placed the order after the “cart abandoned cut off time” is reached and the same cart is displayed under the abandoned orders list and not displayed in the recovered orders list?

    It would be great if you can share some more information for the issue? So I can assist you in better way.
