How to edit a typo email entered ??

Hi.
I occasional see an incorrect email entered by typo.
In order for that customer to get a ” Abandoned Cart” email I would need to edit this incorrect email, can this be done and if so How ?Also is it necessary to Delete an Abandoned Cart from the list if a customer had recovered their cart but it has not shown up in the Recoverey list,a s i find it often does ?? I just don’t want to annoy customers that have actuall booked with Abandoned Cart emails claiming they haven’t
