  • Hi Akash S. have you enabled the following option Enable using HTML in confirmation email message under the Advanced tab?

There is no template for the email, sorry. Perhaps in a future update.
Currently the only way you can really modify the message is using a custom function and some PHP coding.

The fields are in an array and you can make a foreach loop to print them in the email the way you want.

I am not able to program it for you but if you want a sample function with a basic example, contact my support

Hi Akash Shrivastav, is your issue resolved?

Really? Do I understand correctly? There is no way to improve the appearance of the jumbled, squished, giant paragraph that is emailed to we administrators?

That seems odd, considering all the GREAT ways to adjust the appearance of the form itself, and the Thank You page.

@spraybottle at the present the only way to adjust the admin reply message is by contacting Mike Challis. He might add some template format in the future.

    Regards
