how to edit all um fields from my account page?

i used shortcodes for registration fields
country , city , university and department
now i want to edit this fields from my account..

in this link i used shortcodes..
at the my_profile page fields are show same like registration page…
i want to edit this fields.

If you are looking to edit data submitted at registration, you will need to add that same field (with the same meta_key) on the profile form so that users can update it.
