how to edit automatic emails

Hi, I can’t find a way to edit the email that is sent automaticly when someone enters the request form for a reservation. In the email that the admin gets, there are only to options 1-CONFIRM or 2-Cancel reservation.
I would like to have the option to change the status options in the mail
– Pending (customer has asked to reserve a spot)
– reservation (reserved but not yet paid)
– confirm (reserved and paid)
– canceled (not possible to participate)how is that done?
