How to edit ‘Categories By’ Span

    How can I edit the ‘Categories By’ span on the dropdown for the mobile display of food item categories? For example, I’d like it to read ‘click here for menu categories’ or simply, ‘Menu Categories’ or ‘Food categories’. Thank you
