How to Edit Description?

    I am sure I used to be able to edit the description in a list, but now when I find the one I want to edit and click on the edit button it only lets me edit the name. I am obviously missing something, so could you kindly let me know how to edit the description?

    Ha found it – I went to do a “full add” to add a new full record and as I already had a name to edit it showed the description box to edit *LOL* ??
