how to edit eduma theme default register from

  • I want to edit my website login form and register form. I have to check my website all plugin. But I can’t find edit option.how I can solve this. How to I can change the login input default text. Because the site it’s Spanish .So I want to input text Spanish .i already loco tansilator.it’s working but I’m not satisfied. Please help me
