How to edit JUST the recent posts page

Hi,

In my design, the actual full blog post has a different design to what I want it to look like when it shows on the home page as a ‘recent post’.

Is there anyway to customize it?

So to elaborate….I am making a recipe website. So on the actual recipe, which is the blog post, I want to have a checklist where people can tick off there items and all that stuff.
Then, on the home page, I want people to see the recently added recipes, BUT, all I want them to see is a ‘recipe card’.( So a picture, a grid of how many it servers, time to make and amount of ingredients, and the name of the recipe. But I don’t know how to make it happen in WordPress.

I have sort of built the site with HTML, so if you don’t know what I’m talking about, just give me your email and Ill send you the files so that you can see exactly what I want to achieve.
