How to edit “mystery” navigation bar

Okay – I have a crazy problem. There is a navigation tab/bar at the top of my website that links to pages on my site. I FORGOT HOW TO EDIT! I have scoured the customize feature and the dashboard and can’t figure out how to edit that! There is no edit option in my customizer either.
