How to edit size of Sticky Bar Logo

Please create the best size of the logo image 257*42px.

And use this logo image for the sticky bar.

Im so sorry. I mean the Site logo up to upper left corner, its bigger than menu buttons. And because of non-editable size, the menu on mobile version on my site is for big. If i put any image that smaller 512×512, it does not matter. Thanks??
