How to edit tags link title?

Hello people..

I want to edit default tags link title to something more useful ??

Default tag link title is “1 topic, 2 topics etc..” and I want to change that to tag name…

Example:
from
<a href="www.domain.com/tag/some-tag/" <strong>title="1 topic"</strong>">Some tag</a>

to
<a href="www.domain.com/tag/some-tag/" <strong>title="Some tag"</strong>">Some tag</a>
