How to edit the About tab?

  • Hi, everyone.

    All information on the form about the member does not appear on the about tab.
    How to make About tab editing?
    How can I make all the information on the form look like about tab?

    Finally, I can not update the information in member profiles. When I click “Information”, the data there is not updated. How do I update this? How to update address, age information?

    Hi @serhan42,

    Are you referring to the gear icon to edit the profile? If not, can you please provide screen shots so we can further check?

    I clicked the “update profile” button when I clicked the gear wheel and there is no connection. The button never led to a page.
    When I open the “About” tab in the settings panel, no information is updated in the “information” section of the “users” page, which I have configured from the profile menu.
