How to edit the title "Bookings"

You would need to use a custom code snippet to do that.

Something like;

function my_change_em_text($translated_text, $text, $domain){
    if ('em-pro' == $domain && 'Bookings' == $translated_text){
        $translated_text = __("Book now - it's safe and secure", 'my_theme_text_domain');
    }
    return $translated_text;
}
add_filter( 'gettext', 'my_change_em_text', 20, 3 );

That didn’t do the trick. Any other suggestions?

Nevermind. Figured it out. FYI, it can be changed here:

Events > Settings > Formatting > Events > Default single event format
