How to electronic sign submissions

    Imagine that someone sumbits details about their health state when going to gym.
    How can that info be collected with an electronic signature?

    At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have this kind of functionality available for usage.

    By the way, thank you very much for your suggestion.
    All suggestions are welcomed as they are mutually beneficial for all of us.
