How to email different vendors

    Hi. Can you please explain how to configure WooCommerce Product Enquiry to send product enquiries to the relevant vendor in a multi-vendor store? Many thanks.

    Our premium version is having this feature.

    Thank you for your quick response, but I have the premium version, and I don’t see any settings that control how enquiries are sent to individual vendors. There’s also nowhere to add fields. And where are the instructions for this plug-in?

    Hi pfritz333,

    Thank you for using our plugin.
    If you are using WC vendor plugin, then you don’t need to set any thing, the premium version will send email to vendors automatically. You will have a dashboard (enquiry list) too in admin panel.

    If you are using any other plugin then our tech team will help you on that.
    But we request you to raise a support ticket for that in our website as this blog we are maintaing for free version only.

    Also, as you are a premier customer, your ticket will be handled by a dedicated (tech) team.
