How to embed a Search bar on one page?

    I would like to add a search bar to a couple of pages (not all). It is desirable that Search bar has a category selection button added, but it is not necessary.
    How do I embed a Search bar on one page?
    Is there perhaps a Shortcode for Search bar?

    Top search bar is a widget. You can enable widget in the specific page.
