I like “Clef”. Nothing is perfect, especially if you don’t define what that means to you.

Of the ones providing SMS, I have used https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/authy-two-factor-authentication/ but I never used its SMS capabilities as each SMS costs money to send. You’ll find that to be the case with most (if not all) SMS verification services.
