.How to enable a plugin for "author" and "editor" user?.

    I’d like to make a plug-in (in this case MeeNews Newsletter) usable for “author” and/or “editor” user. At this point, the plug-in is only available for me, the administrator.

    How can I change the plug-in-code, to make it work?
