how to enable blog comments 2.7

  • I read the comments from earlier versions and I still cannot find a button to enable/disable a blog on the individual page when I click ‘edit’

    ps when I create a new blog it says comments enabled.
    when I edit the text later, it turns off the comments by itself
    how to turn on and keep the comments on?
