How to Enable comments on website – theme Avada

Helpppppp! I’ve been stuck for days trying to figure out how to enable them. My website is https://www.blacksheepchronicles.com and I seriously cannot get it enabled.. Ive gone through every single post, and trying to fix it. Ive seen someone else say page.php or something along those lines, and I cannot find that either… I’m lost. Please help.
