    Hi! I’ve got the plug in working great for standard domestic and international shipping. However, once I get the weight above 150 lbs, shipping defaults to my fall back price.

    I have the Worldwide Freight options enabled in shipping methods, but they don’t show up in the checkout. Any ideas why?

    Hi @gilbertdavid32,

    Thanks for contacting us and pointing that out.
    Currently, the UPS API does not returns rates for UPS Worldwide Express Freight and UPS Worldwide Express Freight Midday services therefore the rates are not visible on checkout.

    We are in the process of clarifying this issue directly with UPS.

    As soon as we get any new information, we will contact you.

    Thanks for your patience. Just received confirmation from UPS that Worldwide Express Freight services might require an additional contract to be activated on the UPS account. Therefore please contact your UPS Account Representative to verify this.

    Also please let us know if Freight services are visible on checkout once activated on your account.

    I wanted to check if you manage to sign an additional contract for Freight services with UPS and after that Freight services are visible on checkout in your shop.
