How to enable header and footer display

    Hi, I have been asked to make changes to a website based on the Hello Elementor theme.

    Unfortunately, I don’t know who created this site and it is built horribly. Someone disabled the display of the header (header.php) and footer (footer.php). All of this is built as blocks (<div>) in elementor, in the edit page. There are no functions to disable the header and footer in the functions.php file or anywhere else.

    Could such a function be somewhere in the theme settings?

    I have no idea where to look for it anymore?
