How to Enable Jquery

  • Hello,

    I am sorry in advance that I am a total beginner in WordPress and the issue might have an easy solution.

    I recently purchased a Pro version of Audio Player plugin, and found out that it is not working on browsers because jquery has been disabled on my website.
    I’ve been googling it how to enable jquery, but I could not distinguish which solution to apply on my situation.

    Could you please advise how to enable jquery on my website? Again, my apologies for not knowing stuffs..

  • I am currently looking at your site’s source code and can see that jQuery is loaded correctly.

    More than likely, the issue is with the Audio Player plugin or it has a conflict with another plugin’s script. My best advice is to temporarily deactivate other plugins to see if the issue corrects itself. Then, activate them one at a time to see if there’s a conflict.

    Outside of that, it will be best to contact support from the pro plugin developer to see if they can debug the issue on their end.
