• Maybe it’s just lack of sleep, but help me out here. I can’t figure out where to enable the mobile mode for the popup… It works fine on desktop but isn’t showing on mobile, which I’m assuming is because I didn’t enable it? Or if this is supposed to be an automatic feature, it’s not working on my theme. I’m using the Genesis Framework with the Lifestyle Pro theme.

    Site is jperryfitness.com

@brennaclaire – By default they work on both desktop and mobile, and its not genesis specific as the PM site is a genesis theme as well.

Any particular page. Either the popup is not set to load at all or I’m not looking at the right page. Also there seems to be very little in your footer. Generally with a WP site I expect to see much more in terms of JS etc loaded in the footer. Only seeing 2 things which is strange unless optimized that way.

PS unless its only on a certain page, its not working for me at all, likely because its either not targeted to load anywhere or possibly the plugin is deactivated?

@danieliser SO sorry (lack of coffee maybe) but I forgot to mention I have the popup featured only on the blog page. https://jperryfitness.com/blog/

Should there be something in the footer for this plugin to appear on mobile?

    Thanks

@brennaclaire Just tested this on mobile and got a popup form. You need to disabled Fixed Position on display settings so it scrolls properly, but it is loading. At least on my iPhone
