    Hi,

Currently if the WooCommerce store’s default currency does not match the Amazon Pay account currency, a warning is shown in the admin panel. How can this be set to allow any currency as the presentment currency in WooCommerce without conflicting with Amazon Pay?

  • @nabeelshikder – support for multi-currency in AmazonPay was added in v1.9.0. What version are you currently running on your site? Also, which plugin are you using to enable multi-currency?

I am using the latest version of plugin 1.12.2.

This is the error I get when attempting to place an order:

Error: The OrderReferenceId S02-5898065-5978073 has constraints CurrencyMismatch and cannot be confirmed.

The WooCommerce default currency is set to USD and the currency in Amazon Pay account is set up with GBP. The conflict seems to be with the WooCommerce currency setting, not with multi-currency from another plugin.

Why does Amazon Pay expect the WooCommerce default currency to be the same as the Amazon Pay account currency, if multi-currency is supported?

@nabeelshikder – I’m really sorry for the delay here. The current global pandemic has created some restraints on our resolve rate.
Can you go ahead and filling out a ticket on WooCommerce.com if you’re still seeing this issue? Please link to this thread. ??
