How to enable multisite that is accessed via subdirectories on multiple domains

    I have set up a multisite, subdirectory install on mydomain1.com and I am able to create new sites on other domains e.g mydomain2.com but only at the root level.

    I am looking for a way to create new sites in a subdirectory of mydomain2.com e.g mydomain2.com/myblog, but I have not been able to find it.

    Is this possible using the mydomain1.com multisite and, if so, how would I effect this change?
