How to enable new post revisions?

As I started to use new 3.6 version I can’t find new post revision feature, and old one is gone too …
I inserted define(‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, -1 ); in the config file and nothing happens, what should I do?I want this: https://s.www.ads-software.com/images/core/3.6/revisions.png
