• I want to edit the plugins I installed but it says “The plugin editor is disabled” when I press edit in the Dashboard -> plugin -> plugin management.

May I know if there is a button or hardcoding needed to activate to edit the plugin?

    Thanks

    Anybody here?

Nope – it looks like no one helps people with Plugin problems… I’ve installed WordPress on IIS and on Apache (both on Windows 2K3) successfully and can’t get Plugins to work properly. Without the functionality of Plugins, I can’t use WordPress. This is getting very frustrating. Email me if there is something I need to do to enable plugin functionality – Thanks

I am having the same problem with WordPress v. 2.2.1, that is, when I go to Plugin Management, the Plugin Editor menu is missing. Why is this? And in the Manage menu, Manage>Files is missing. Do I have a limited access version of WordPress? Any light shed on this would be greatly appreciated!
