How to enter an IP Address Range

The notes about the changes say ‘…a reworking of the “ban users” section. Now all IP address ranges require a wildcard and can’t be specified with “-”. ‘
Could you show me an example of how to enter this. For example, do I just enter67.117.201.128*
91.205.40.0*
115.108.108.99*and this will add the rest of the ranges ?
