How To Enter Filters

Hi. I love the this social plugin, thank you. I would like to know how to enter the filters into my functions php. I tried to copy the tags already there to see if I figure it out my self but I am unsure. The plugin is inside the content div I believe and I would like it outside so I can adjust the height.

Any help please?
