how to enter table in post

  • I want to insert table in post.
    Can I insert Spread sheet table directly in post.
    I know html but I am not familiar with PHP.
    I am new to word press.
    I have try to paste html code for table in post but it is not showing table properly.
    I have installed wp-table reloaded plug in. but I am not sure whether it is SEO friendly because WP SEO by yoast is not recognizing the table.

    Please help
