    Hi,
    First of all thanks for this awesome plugin. My question is: is there a way to erase all the content of a chat to leave it empty? (any trace of older messages or users logged in, etc)

    Hi @ptenencia,
    Thanks to you for write about this issue. We plan to add this features to our plugin that admin can delete all content from their backend.

    Right now, you can remove all content from your firebase console. Go to https://console.firebase.google.com/ and login with your user credentials then go to realtime database from left menu and hover your mouse above ‘message’, then click trash icon. That’s all.

    You can delete or empty your database from firebase for free version.

    Delete database from wordpress dashboard are a feature for pro version of this plugin.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the update! But I’m sorry to tell you that there’s another bug comming up: If the plugin is activated the wordpress page keeps reloading all the time and I had to deactivate it so that my course work.
    I’ll appreciate any possible solution for this.

    Please confirm that your firebase API Key is correct. Please see the attached screenshot link: https://prnt.sc/KtMCWLyRyNiZ

    If your firebase API key are correct here will be show connection status as connected as like screenshot.

    If you don’t know about firebase setup, you can see “Firebase Guide” tab for more information about firebase. I explain every step with screenshot here.

    Everything is correct about the settings, api correct and connected status is shown as you can see in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/k6Hvfj0

    I’m using Learndash as LMS , I don’t know if this fact could affect the performance or not.
    The problem appears everytime the course page is accessed with the chat plugin activated. It keeps on reloading several times everytime until it becomes stable and if I change to another page in the course the process begins again, quite annoying. This issue gets even worse when try to access my course in a mobile browser.

    And I tried to find solution using LearnDash LMS on my local environment. But didn’t find any issue like your above issue.

    Hi again,
    Finally, I have decided to deactivate the chat plugin while I try to find the problem myself, I think it has something to do with a redirection from a former url thar was the original site and that’s why you can’t access it. When I fix that issue I will tell you again so that you can access and check the plugin performance.
