How to exclude a page template or specific page?

I have used both suggested methods to exclude content from your documentation (which takes a lot of digging through on your website – you could add all these instructions inside the plugin itself on Exclude tab or something, you know, for a much easier access for those who don’t even know you have this on your blog, as nobody’s gonna come digging through your blog for this):

wpfc_exclude_current_page();
echo "<!–- [wpfcNOT] -–>";

and putting these into page-Template.php and sidebar-Template.php templates, but no luck, the pages that use either the page or sidebar template above are still cached.

Can you provide us with a working code to do this?

Or can’t you have by now added an admin/backend option in Edit page/post section with a simple checkbox that allows us to “Exclude this page from cache”?
