How to exclude a section from being cached

Hi,

I have been using WP fastest cache on my website for a while and it works really well, I am trying to exclude a section on my homepage from being cached (a “latest tweets” feed) although I am not sure on how to achieve this.

There are a few options in the plugin settings to exclude page or element from being cached, does anyone know if they can be useful in my case?
