How to exclude all posts from a tag from showing up in the post list?

  • I want to exclude all posts from a tag called [FEATURED], but all these posts are also under other tags, say [TRENDS] or [SKINCARE].

    As long as the post is tagged as [FEATURED], I want to exclude them from the list. I’ve tried using required and/or dynamic terms when I select all other tags except for [FEATURED] tag, but neither worked.
