how to exclude add-on sites from back up

    My main website folder includes several add-on websites, and the back up space is more than 400Mb. So I’ve installed the plugin Online Backup for each of my websites separately.
    Now I want to exclude these add-on sites from the backing up of my main website. I put the website names to exclude in the “exclude box” of the settings but it doesn’t work.
    Back up still includes all the sites folders.

    Hi aurore42,

    In the box for excludes, you’ll need to put the folder name to exclude.

    So if your add-on website is in a folder called “otherwebsite”, you need to enter that on one line in the exclude box.

    It won’t understand URLs or anything, it just looks at folders.
