    Hi,

Is there a way to exclude a URL with a parameter like this?
    /client-form/?gf_token=

The spam filter breaks gravity forms when the save and continue feature is used so I need to exclude this URL when it has the gf_token parameter.

I’ve tried a bunch of regular expressions in the URL exclusions setting but none of them work.

    Thanks,
    Phil

    Hello @philanyware,

This regular expression should do the trick:

    \/client-form\/\?gf_token=

Could you tell us the Service # whose access key is used on the site? You can find Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name. We want to look at the requests and understand the cause of the issue.

Hi Eugene, I get this error when I try to save the settings:
Validate Settings: URL Exclusions is not valid: “\/client-form\/\?gf_token=”

    Service #1919866

    Thanks,
    Phil

Oh, sorry, I didn’t specify that it would work if you have the “Use Regular Expression in URL Exclusions” option checked.

I understand the site is under development and we can’t test the form. I suggest you contact us via our private Ticket System for further investigation: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. Please add there a link to this topic.
