How to exclude directories from the minify cache?

How can I exclude all the subdirectories of a directory with a their files from the minify cache? I already tried these options:
/wp-content/plugin/folder/
wp-content/plugin/folder
/wp-content/plugin/folder*
*wp-content/plugin/folder*Nothing worked so far.
