How to exclude pages

When I add the URLs to the “exclude pages by URL section” the plugin does not exclude them.

Does the URL format need to be a certain way?

I want it to run on all pages except the following:

https://kindleliving.com/how-to-buy/
https://kindleliving.com/allison/
https://kindleliving.com/bella/
https://kindleliving.com/caroline/
https://kindleliving.com/sierra/
https://kindleliving.com/lumen/
https://kindleliving.com/blumen/
